Workout routine?

Hey… I’m 17, just got a weight bench. Looking to sort myself out…. Get a bit of muscle. Just wanna know the best way to do this and what has the quickest results.

This has been my routine for the last few weeks with the part of teh body that I’m trying to work out:
- Chest flye (chest)
- Inclined shoulder press (shoulders)
- Single arm row (back)
- Leg extension (legs)
- Hammer curl (biceps)
- French press (triceps)

I’ve been doing 15 repetitions and 3 sets of each.

Is thsi an effective workout, or could it be better? I need an exercise for my stomach too? Also, I don’t know if any of these exercises could get me a bit of a six pack going… How’d I do that?
